My goal is to help other families - the child, parents and siblings to all cope with the news of autism and help you move forward.

Realistic Goals
You need to ensure that the goals you set for yourself are realistic.
You will no doubt be asking questions like:

How I can help you
I have been where you are and have found answers to many of my questions.

So who am I and what
do I know? "I cannot believe the changes in Jack. He is a much happier little boy who will now interact with other children at the centre. I wonder how many other children would benefit from this same diet?"
What do I do?
I am a mother of two. My 3 year old son has been diagnosed with ASD. I have been where you are now. I have gone through some really bad times and some good ones too. I was not happy to be told "...go away and come back in six months."

We all get only one shot at life and, as a mother, it is my responsibility to ensure that my children get the best shot possible. So I went looking for answers and I have documented them in my book. I run my own distribution business from my home. That has allowed me the freedom to be available for my children when they need me most. I can take them to day care, early intervention, go to Christmas parties, meetings with specialists, etc. - i.e., I can find the time to do whatever is needed to improve their lives.
